Along with the treats for the children, promotional items and \"sales pitches\" can be given to the parents. <p>If you would like to participate, bring a table, enough treats for 250 children and any display or promotional items you would like. Businesses are set up around the walkway above the field where the costume judging takes place. Set up can begin at 1:45.
